Toronto Northwest was a federal electoral district represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1925 to 1935. It was located in the city of Toronto in the province of Ontario. This riding was created in 1924 from parts of Parkdale, Toronto North and York South ridings. It consisted of the part of the city of Toronto north of Bloor Street, west of Bathurst St. and east of the Northern Division of the Canadian National Railway, the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway eastward and Landsdowne Avenue. The electoral district was abolished in 1933 when it was redistributed between Davenport, Spadina, Trinity and York West ridings. ==Electoral history== |- |Conservative |CHURCH, Thomas Langton |align="right"| 16,329 |Liberal |GILCHRIST, James |align="right"|3,106 |Labour |SIMPSON, James |align="right"|1,542 |Independent Conservative |BROWN, Caroline Sophia |align="right"| 544 |Independent Conservative | COCHRANE, Wallace |align="right"|104 |} |- |Conservative |CHURCH, Thomas Langton |align="right"|12,071 |Liberal |BOYD, John Frederick |align="right"| 2,637 |Labour |SIMPSON, James |align="right"|1,267 |} |- |Conservative |MACNICOL, John Ritchie |align="right"| 14,343 |Liberal |MACRAE, Farguhar John |align="right"|5,513 |} 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Toronto Northwest」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
